Subject:  Radical Islam Expert Wednesday at First Family Church at 6:30pm

 DON’T MISS THIS FAMILY EVENT- LIGHTING OF THE TREES, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH, 5:00PM.  We switch on all the lights of our Christmas Trees at 5pm as we showcase each ministry of First Family Church with their own tree, decorated to highlight their ministry.  Our GRAND FOYER will be transformed into a WINTER WONDERLAND with 30+ decorated Christmas trees, a life-size Nativity scene and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus!  From 5-6pm, we will be offering pictures for all children to be taken with Santa and Mrs.Claus, and at 6pm, our very own Christmas Show begins!  Come enjoy our Christmas show at First Family with me like you’ve never seen it before as we experience the talent of our Adult Choir, our First Kidz Choir, our Children’s BLAST Praise Team, our FFC Academy Choir and other special musical performances!  I am excited to announce that I will be reading the Christmas story to all children from the stage as a part of the program!  We will offer a full spaghetti dinner for your entire family so bundle up in your favorite Christmas outfit and come enjoy this annual First Family tradition with me this Sunday!
NEW PRAYER MOVEMENT AT FIRST FAMILY- WE NEED YOU!  Join with me as we launch our new Shekinah Glory Prayer Ministry here at First Family.  I believe that prayer is such a critical part of what we are doing to reach the lost and strengthen our church that I am asking every First Family member to consider committing to praying during one of our services at 8am, 9am, 10:45am or 6pm on Sundays and also at 6pm on Wednesday nights in our brand-new prayer room.  You can also sign up to pray during a half-hour slot of any hour of the day as we build our very own 24-hour prayer chain!  To get plugged in as a prayer warrior of First Family, contact our church office at 913-681-3341 and begin impacting God’s ministry through prayer today!
We are excited to announce THE GREAT SHAKE-UP in AWANA taking place this Wednesday, November 12th, from 6:30-8pm!  Each Awana clubber has been trained the last three weeks on what they need to do to invite their unchurched friends to join them in Awana.  We are prayerful that most of our clubbers will be bringing five or more friends this Wednesday night!  We are hoping to bring in over 400 children to experience Awana, to hear the Gospel, and by the grace of God, having many make decisions to follow Jesus Christ.  We need all parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and anyone who can drive to commit yourselves to providing transportation for all of your Awana clubber’s friends!  This is your chance to have an impact in the life of a child that could last a lifetime- don’t miss out!
